Does Omnero Mail register my domain?
No. You bring a domain you control and keep it at your current registrar and DNS provider.
Does Omnero Mail change DNS automatically?
No. Omnero Mail shows and verifies the complete required record set. You publish it.
Who can use the dashboard?
Only administrative identities with an Owner or Admin role. Mailbox identities use Webmail only.
Can sessions coexist?
Yes. Dashboard and Webmail sessions are independent and can remain open in the same browser.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. Free includes one domain, one mailbox, one administrative seat, and 500 counted messages each month.
How do paid plans activate?
During the pilot, Omnero Mail records your plan and interval choice and completes paid activation with you directly.
Can an agency operate multiple domains?
Yes. Business and Agency plans add domain, mailbox, usage, and administrative capacity.
