Accepted is not the same as delivered.

Omnero Mail accepts work quickly and completes it through durable background processing. Status changes preserve the delivery trail.

Queued and sending

Queued work is safely waiting. Sending means a worker is preparing and handing off the message.

Sent and delivered

Sent means the email provider accepted the message. Delivered means the destination later confirmed delivery.

Bounced and failed

Bounced means the destination rejected the message. Failed means the pipeline could not complete the operation.
