Authority stays explicit.

Every administrative identity has one fixed role. Mailbox identities have no dashboard role and open only Webmail.

Owner

Each organization has one Owner. Owner manages domains and mailboxes, delegates Admin access, transfers ownership, and retains final authority.

Admin

One or more Admin users can operate domains, DNS, mailboxes, activity, and delivery without changing ownership or the authority model.

Mailbox user

A mailbox identity uses only Webmail. It cannot enter the dashboard, even when its address resembles an administrative email.
